1. Tie up your hair at night before you go to bed
2. Do not keep your hair tied up all day if you are not going out. ( your head needs to breath and keeping it tied will cause it to sweat and itch)
3. Itchy head? clean your scalp with a mild astringent. ( witch hazel, sea breeze, peroxide.)
4. Use a clean rag, add a little water to the astringent and clean your scalp
